DAWN ROWLEY

Member Relations Manager for Fitness by Phone®, Dawn has nearly twenty years of experience in the fitness area.  She has been teaching group fitness since 1985 becoming ACE certified in 1997.  She is currently a lead trainer at The Forum Athletic Club in Alpharetta, GA, where she teaches traditional step, interval, circuit, sculpting, PowerFlex, and mind/body disciplines. Prior to that, she taught group fitness at Ladies Workout Express in Alpharetta, GA and Synergy in Columbia, MD. 

In the fall of 2004, Dawn started her own fitness coaching business, Flexible Fitness Solutions.  In her first year as a FBP Coach, Dawn engaged 17 clients and was awarded the prestigious Association of FBP Coaches Rookie of the Year for 2005. 

Dawn holds certifications in the following:

• American Council on Exercise Certified – Group Fitness Instructor
• American Council on Exercise Certified – Personal Trainer
• Association of Fitness by Phone® Coaches Certified – Master Fitness by Phone® Coach
